Over the course of three months, you’ll work privately with your coach to determine your professional development objectives, map out an approach for achieving them, and begin down the developmental path.
A typical engagement might include the following:
- Coach pairing and introduction process. The coaching process is intimate and chemistry between coach and leader is crucial. You’ll decide if a coach is right for you.
- 3 months of coaching. The exact coaching cadence is determined by you and your coach, but typically occurs every three weeks for 60-90 minutes per session.
- Optional use of an assessment, such as StrengthsFinder, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence (ESCI), Leadership Agility, or the Leadership Circle.
- Development of a leadership plan (if applicable)
- Reinforcement calls and/or ad hoc support as needed throughout the engagement.
- Optional extensions based on the leader’s needs and goals.
