Executive Coaching

Executive coaching offers a personalized, customized approach to your leadership growth and development. We define “coaching” as a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires leaders to maximize their leadership potential. Coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and growth.

Transition Coaching

Whereas Executive Coaching is typically geared toward people who are focused on advancing their career or being more effective in their current role, Transition Coaching is more focused on helping plan major role transitions.

The three most common transition scenarios are:

  1. Preparing the leader for a new role or position they do not yet have.
  2. Supporting the leader as they adjust to a role they've recently moved into or a role that has substantially changed.
  3. Planning for the leader's departure from the organization, crafting their legacy, and planning for the next phase of their life.

Triage Coaching

Triage coaching is used when a leader is struggling to meet the demands of their current role.  It is important to distinguish Triage Coaching from the traditional HR function of performance management or disciplinary action.  Whereas those functions tend to have a formal and often punitive tone, Triage Coaching is motivational and uplifting for the leader.

ESCI Assessment and Coaching

An ESCI 360 assessment is used to gain a 360 view into behaviors associated with your emotional and social intelligence:
● Emotional Intelligence is the capacity for recognizing our own feelings & those of others, for motivating ourselves, and for managing emotions effectively in ourselves and others
● The ESCI 360:
o Describes behaviors that sustain people in challenging roles
o Captures qualities that help people deal effectively with change
o Models 12 competencies in 4 clusters that differentiate outstanding/average performers
   o The Four Clusters:
      ● Self-Awareness – recognizing and understanding our own emotions
      ● Social Awareness – recognizing and understanding the emotions of others
      ● Self-Management – effectively managing our own emotions
      ● Relationship Management – applying emotional understanding with others
