The telos leadership foundation was established with a singular vision: to provide transformational development opportunities for the next generation of diverse leaders. We believe that by investing in emerging talent now, we prepare the socially and emotionally aware leaders our world needs next. To bring this vision to life, the Emerging Leaders Fellowship offers a yearlong journey tailored for underrepresented populations, leveraging the same world-class methodologies the telos institute uses with global executives. At its core is the “Liminal Intensive”—a week-long catalyst event where participants grapple with fundamental questions of identity and purpose: “Who am I? Why do I do what I do? Who do I want to be?”

Supported by individual coaching, team mentoring, and professional networking, emerging leaders gain access to executive-level guidance often unavailable until much later in a career. This curated experience is designed to recognize and enhance individual strengths, teaching participants to navigate diverse perspectives and explore the unknown. Graduates emerge as telos Leadership Foundation Fellows—positive, resilient leaders who are fully equipped to create solutions for our community’s most pressing challenges and contribute meaningfully to the world today.
